Don't try to treat this condition yourself. You need to have the cause properly identified before it can be treated effectively. That can only be done by your doctor or if you prefer to protect your identity go to your local sexual health clinic - details will be in your local telephone directory.

Well actually stretching your foreskin is not a bad idea I just suggest you do it more gently and not the whole way the first time. Use some baby oil or lube to help you to do it the next times you do it It is possible that you might need a partial circumcision if you cannot retract your foreskin satisfactorily. Your penis might very well be red underneath and this might mean nothing. I suggest you give it a week to settle down and it should be OK but if it is not or if the pain gets worse then I suggest you go see the doc. Long term try to stretch it gently or get a partial circumcision. Cheers

If it's happening often you could be suffering from Phimosis, this is where the foreskin is too tight for the penis. The normal and most common remedy for this is removal of the foreskin. Discuss this with your GP as it could become infected.

Forget a cream - see a doctor. This will be very unlikely to heal on it's ow - for a start, every time you get an erection, it'll split again (and forget about swearing off porn to try to stop it - you get erections every time you dream - any sort of dream).

Definately see your Doctor because putting a cream on broken skin might make things much worse.

The best thing to do would be to see the family doctor straight away. he/she willl probably recommened circumcision before any more problems, such as infection arise.

as embarrassing as that seems, you should go to your GP. You can try Fucidin, but like you said, been it's recurrent, just go to the GP.

LIKE I STATED BEFORE, I READ YOUR PROFILE, YOU HAVE A QUES. ABOUT SORES ON YOU CHEST, ETC. YOU LIKE THE SHOCK VALUE, OR YOU REALLY LOVE PAIN. IF IT IS TRUE, EVERYTHING THAT IS MEDICALLY WRONG SHOULD BE EVALUATED AT HOSPITAL STRAIGHT AWAY! GET OFF YOUR BUM AND GO!
