I have a close family member who hoards and is very unclean. This person has lived without heat and water for 2 years. No one is allowed into the house because what condition it is in. I'm thinking this is a mental illness. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of situation?

My 3wk old baby was brought to the doctor because she was very cranky. He checked her out and sent for x-rays. He said that she had a broken femur, a fractured rib and arm. The only explanation was that I swaddled her very tightly with her arms crossed over her chest and her legs crossed. Are there any pressure points on the babies bones and could the swadling have caused such harm? Also I explained that I tripped over a toy and fell with her in my arms. Could that have caused injury?

I'm used to be a perfectly normal person, but now my heart races constantly, I get dizzy and can't think, I have difficultly breathing, I shake and get sudden chills. I seriously fell like I'm dying. I've never been like this before. I went to the ER 6 weeks ago and they did everything to me, from an ECG to a Catscan of my heart and they couldn't find anything wrong with me. I started looking at panic attacks and anxiety, but they say they last only 10-15 seconds, but mine last up to an hour and afterwards my heart still races for hours after that. I get them all day, everyday. I'm to the point I don't want to drive my car or even go to work or school. Do these episodes last this long? or is it something else? I don't smoke or do drugs; however, I do lead a stressful career and life, which I'm currently going through a divorce. That's one reason I'm looking at them as panic attacks, but these things happen out of nowhere. I can't even sleep at night anymore. Help!!!

I would like to know anyone who has experience with this disease. I'm well read on it but what real life answers. What is the best medication to use to prevent outbreaks, what topical creams help the itch and irritations? How do you protect your partner? Have you had herpes and never spread it to your partner? What do you do about oral sex? Any info would be helpful.

I have a very bad back. Which was caused by a fall from a rather large horse. My doctor says there is no treatment but i havent even had an MRI scan yet. He said there is no point as my back is inoprable. How do i now go about getting an MRI scan, as i am in constant pain, finding it now difficult to walk and constantly on painkillers. No one actualy knows exactly what is causing the pain

I play rugby, and last spring during a game, I got tackled and I think my arm was stretched out above my head when it happened. It really hurt that day to the point where I was in tears, and I hate crying in front of other people. Anyways, the pain went a way in a few days, but I've realized that when I do an activity that involves my shoulder (like tennis), it has a lot of pain for about a week after. Also, I can make my shoulder pop and crack about 10 different ways and its really gross. My dad told me that I probably just stretched my tendons because I'm still young and I have to leave it alone for them to go back, but I did that almost all summer. I just want to know if anyone else has any other ideas.

And I dont think i can go to a doctor, because my family has had a few expensive trips to the hospital lately, so my parents would make me wait for a while if i asked .. since its not urgent
