I always look at a bright light to help me sneeze!!! When I have one stuck that I need to get rid of, I look into a bright light and the sneeze happens. Isn't that weird that it has the opposite effect on you?

A bright light makes you sneeze. That's why you look at the light if you have a sneeze coming!

I get the opposite I sneeze with bright light !!

The idea behind a bright light stopping you from sneezing, is because the bright ligtht acts as a distraction.

it usually causes sneezing...

ut if it stops sneezing in your case... probably it is due to diertion of attention... but it is only temporarily
