What you have is a fungus under your nail. It usually comes from wearing acrylic nails. What probably happened was that the acrylic separated from your nail bed and then you probably washed your hands or got them wet. When that happens, the water that got under the acrylic created the perfect breeding ground for fungus. Go to your salon and have them remove the acrylic, and they can apply an anti-fungal treatment to your nail also. They will also reapply the acrylic if you want them to. If it happens again, I would look for another salon to got to.

It is a fungal infection. It means that water is getting between the acrylic nail and the nail bed. It could get quite bad if it isn't taken care of. I would remove the nail and let it heal. After is heals and the green is gone, you can get another acrylic nail put on. I have acrylic nails myself and have had them for many years. Every so often, like twice a year, I remove the nails and let my natural nails grow some. It keeps me from getting a fungal infection. I just took mine off for a month and then had new ones put back on last Saturday.

Green is usually a bruise, you must have put excessive pressure on your finger nail or nail bed sometime ago. It will grow out.
