There are a couple of pain medications for tooth problems at your local drugstore, such as Anbesol.

Also, the druggist may be able to tell you of an emergency medical center that could help.

OMG that is the worst pain and after a while nothing helps but a dentist and the hospital can help but they will give antibiotics cause it will get infected now and that will cause even more pain u will need antibiotics and pain meds u must see a dentist asap find any dentist who will take u as an emergency cause all they do for the first appt is exactly what I just told u oh and they take an x-ray.Now your going to need a root canal.then they send you home and u go back when the infection is gone.Good luck.Oh there is a certain oil that tastes nasty i think its garlic oil of some sort it supposed to help if u rub it on your gums.u get that at your pharmacy.

Crush up a pain reliever (aspirin is best for this) into a powder. Apply the powder around the tooth and gums. Also a shot of tequila or Hennessy doesn't hurt.

try crushing an aspirin and putting it into the tooth cavity itself, wouldnt hurt to pop a couple aspirins as well. you can also try to put a whole clove over the area and just press it there with your jaw sometimes this will offer temporary relief till you can get to a dentist
