yes! condoms are for more than just protecting from unwanted pregnancies - there are also STDs to consider. If you are in a long term monogamous relationship and you both agree to get tested for STDs on a regular basis (every 6months) and come out clean, and both partners agree, AND if you're using an alternate birth control method then you don't need to wear a condom.

Only if you don't want anymore kids. Of course there are other methods which will prevent kids which dont require a condom. Google "Vasectomy".

Well, as long you or your partner aren't sleeping around, and you're both clean, and you don't mind getting pregnant, or the wife is on birth control, then no.
