Sorry you have so much bummer stuff going on in your life you do often get upset. It is time to think of yourself before others. By what you say it is likely you have a weight you would prefer not to have.

If you stop now and say to yourself that person or problem is going to be my fuel for self recovery then you are on the correct self healing path.

If you are physically and mentally balanced no one and no situation will be able to upset you.

Take a walk, go for a swim, as silly as it sounds place a bucket of cleaning solution on the ground or floor, bend over to rinse out a rag and wash the inside and outside of your home windows, it is great exercise and your windows will sparkle.

Do some sport. Go out walking, while listening to music. Or go swimming. Running is also great.

I would even recommend adopting a dog. They can be perfect companions while you are troubled, angry or upset. Especially a golden retriever can ease you while you are tired or sad. It is great having a "laughing" friend always at hand.

Get a piece of fruit, or veggie, or a 12 oz. drink of water. .

It will pass.

Eat small meals during the day stop at 6:00 in the evening.

If you get hungry after that, make a new rule for yourself to
only have a yogurt, or a small bowl of ceral or oatmeal.

It works.

Reach for healthy food. An orange, an apple, celery, carrots; they're not going to hurt you and will provide you with the oral stimulus you seem to be looking for.
