I took some time off starting at 1st of April when I suddenly died, since then I haven't managed to raise the energy to get back to work, I just lie about all day, getting on my wifes nerves.

I have been self employed since 1982. There's no missing work because of illness because there is no one there to take my place.
Fortunately, since practicing natural health, I have not been sick in years!

April. So no. In the nicest possible way, I think you're slightly foolish - everyone has a day off sick now and again, whether it's legitimate or not, so you might as well have your fair share :)
