OK, I have a stomach that usually hurts when I'm upset or nervous or very stressed. How can I prevent it from hurting on my wedding day? Any tips or ideas are appreciated...thank you.

okaaay, so I just learned that I suffer mild anxiety attacks, piece-o-cake, so does anyone know how to deal w/ it in an quick, easy, efficent way, w/o having to take medicine or anything? If I MUST take medicine, please tell me which brand. I'd appriciate your help. thank you.

I've had 3 ear infections in 4 months, what would cause an adult to get so many so quickly? It isn't swimmer's ear, just regular ear infection. I've been off antibiotics for 2 weeks and this morning I can feel the same pain in my ear coming back for a 4th time.

As far as I know, I take care of my ears and this has only started in the past few months.

I've experienced some S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) during winter months when there is less daylight. There is a special type of light now that provides the same light as the sun, and it is supposed to help people if they use these bulbs for so many hours a day. Has anyone tried this, and did it help? Do you recommend any?

I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries, and after a year, the cysts have not gone away. My gynecologist said that if the cysts still do not go away by the time of my next visit (six months), we should seriously consider laparoscopy.
I'm confused about an ovarian laparoscopy. The way it was explained to me, I think my doctor just wanted to look. I read online that laparoscopy is used just to see. However, I have also read that if an abnormality is seen, such as a cyst, the doctor will drain them. Also, is this what is called "ovarian drilling"? I heard that if I develop scar tissue, I will not be able to get pregnant. What are the chances that I will be scarred? Lastly, would this be for both ovaries?

Okay, I was walking yesterday and I stubbed my pinkie toe. Today I tripped over a pair of my dad's heavy work boots. Then just now I noticed my pinkie toenail was white so I touched it and it's broken and only hanging on by one side. First, should I use toenail clippers to snip what's hanging off now completely off? And second, will my nail grow back? It's not an infection or toe fungus at all, it was fine yesterday and now it's not. I guess I must have really hurt it when I stubbed my toe. So should it probably grow back? I'm just a little freaked out, I've never broken a nail practically off and it's grossing me out. Only serious responses please (no jokes). Thanks a bunch.

Does anyone know of a solution to solve the problem of going to the toilet every 5 minutes once you have consumed alcohol! Once you have broken your seal, you tend to be at the toilet every 5 minutes. This is especially annoying when at a gig or big party and you miss half the concert thru toilet breaks! PLEASE HELP!!!

i need help/advice on how to lose weight. i'm 16 years old, 5'10", and weigh like180 lbs. i really need to lose wieght. i have that bump on my lower abs, and love handles, and i can't stand either. one main problem is that i like love junk food, and pretty much pig out all of the time. how do i stop? how do i make myself hate junk food.? i guess that's my main question. is it even possible to make yourself hate junk food? i hope so. and also, how do you speed up your metabolism??

my friend is gettin headaches like all the time and she "says" its because of her talkin on the cell fone for a long time recently ...but i always talk like 4 hours everyday nd i dont get headaches neway she feels nausious and when she looks at computers/tv's / cellfones her head hurts more and like her whole head aches nd she gets a little dizzy and tired what is wrong with her? does she have cancer , she keeps telling me she does ...grr

My husband passed away suddenly on 9-15-06. He complained with having a stomache the night before. I am being told that it will take 3-6 months before a final report will be back. I haven't even been given the peliminary report results yet. So almost two month later and I still don't know why my husband passed. So how long does it normally take to get the results back from an autospy?

My friend has lost her husband, her business, and her mother for starters. She is seeing a therapist and is on medication regularly. I care about her and her kids alot and feel helpless. I was the nanny for the kids for over eight years and they are very important to me. I have told her that I was willing to do anything , take care of the kids, her job and so on if she went into a program. She says no and comes up with every excuse imaginable. I also need to say that she has lost her licence due to DUI, twice! I have been the one driving her around every where. I have not coddeled her, I am straight forward and now I may have messed up big time. I called her therapist and told her what's going on and the therapist said that she will have to tell her that we spoke and what about. Now I am afraid because I will not be able to keep and eye on her nor make sure the kids are ok. I hate myself for getting so scared about this situation and need some advice? DCF is already involved, help?
