I been having headaches and neckaches for the last few days what could be the cause of it? Could it be from playing horseshoes that my neck hurts?

Yes, it could be the horseshoes. Try doing some gentle neck stretches and apply heat to your neck and shoulders. I highly recommend going for a therapeutic massage at your local spa. They will apply hot towels and work the kinks out of your neck, shoulders and upper back. Try taking some ibuprofen as this helps with muscle pain. Go see a doctor if this doesn't help as you could need some muscle relaxers or physical therapy - in the case of a pinched nerve. I hope that you feel better soon - I have felt your pain.

Any activities that cause you to move your head/neck region around a lot could cause this. I wouldn't think horseshoes would do it though.

yes that could be a symptom of pinching a nerve in the neck area or straining the shoulder and neck muscles if they are a bit out of shape for that type of activity.

You could have easily pinched a nerve, you should go see a chirpractor and get yourself realigned. It will relieve the neck pain and headaches.
