First you do not want to buy any diet pills or anything because there has been an unknown resaech out for years saying that diet pills help you loose weight for a second then it makes you gain more than you weighed before you went on teh diet and they are saying th e stuff in diet pills can also result in a 50/50 chance of getting cancer!So just cross diet pills off your list!Do the same with surgery cross that off your list too!In Order for you to lose weight quick you have to be comitted to stop eating junk food and so much of it!And you have to exercise an hour each day for 7 days a week!Do sit up and do arobics!Many people try to work on one part of the body you should try to work your whole body out because one part of your body is connected to anothe rwhich is connected to anothe rand the patterns just continues so if your work your whole body out you should be able to loose faster!to really work out your love handles you can look at some of shakira fast past videos nad belly dance for atleast 30 minutes and you should loose your love handle atleast in 2 months depending on how big they are!You can also try the Sauna warming pack for your stomach that is suppose to help melt off your fat!

Buy a bottle or a few bottles of raw, organic apple cider venigar with the "mother" in it, preferably Bragg's brand. Drink 1 tablespoon in 8oz of water before every meal. The venigar has a powerful enzyme in it that literally really eat away at fat cells and helps them from forming. It also speeds metabolism. The bottles are only $2.60 each! Talk about cheap. Hey there, 60kg when you are 5.8" is healthy. However if you want to lose weight around your mid section try running and swimming. Cycling is really good for losing weight and will tone up legs but wont do much toning aroung your belly. Try doing sit ups. Also when you exercise for <40 mins you burn fat whilst you are exercising but not afterwards, i.e. if you exercise for 40 or more mins you will continue to burn fat for hours after. Decreasing simple carbohydrates can help and increase your protein intake. Tell your parents that you want to start eatin healthier and I am sure they will help you. My advice is enjoy being 14, you don't have a weight problem. Start eating and exercising well and just enjoy life, don't get wrapped up in your weight and going on fad diets. We all have parts of our bodies that we don't like as much as others but you learn to accept them and accept yourself. For example I exercise 2-3 hours and day, I run, swim, cycle, play sport, gym and still have big thighs! I hated them for years and now I just accept that no matter what I do this is where my body likes to store fat. Good luck, be healthy and enjoy life.

Cut down on the snacks if you eat them.
Then purchase the Pilates for Dummies videotape. Do the exercises and in 3 weeks, you'll see some great results. A friend of mine cut down on potato chips, replaced most of her daily sodas and drinks with water (only drinks one read soda a day) and did the exercises on the tape. She lost 2 inches off her waist line, and 3 inches off her stomach.
