peppermint is a natural stomach soother (is soother a word? oh well you get what I mean)
Also tums are excellent for settling a stomach
Try eating a light snack before your wedding. Not something heavy to make your stomach upset but just little something to help put a little weight and settle it
I don't know the design of your wedding dress but heat helps my stomach settle. I put a heating pad on it. I sometimes use thse handwarmers if I am on the go. Again those may show through your wedding dress and we wouldn't want that!
Let your groom know. He may be able to help you through the ceremony by reassuring you part way through, gently squeezing your hand to comfort you, reassuring glances, etc. I am sure he could be of some help.
Peppermint tea before the ceremony may help. Also afterwards at the reception will help settle it if your stomach is still upset.
If you do eat that small meal don't eat strong flavors. salad without alot of dressing or lightly buttered toast might would be good.
Good Luck and Congratulations!!!!

I would recommend that you try to eat something light, a few crackers maybe, and some ginger tea. Ginger is a natural way to prevent upset stomach. There are also some chewy ginger candies that you can get at the bulk food store or at the health food store. These don't taste the greatest, but the work. I used them in Honduras when I had an upset stomach from the food.
You may also want to find some relaxation techniques, like deep breathing or visualizations. Deep breathing is simply breathing slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth. Then for visualization you could, perhaps, visualize your wedding day, how handsome your husband-to-be will look at the end of the isle, or have lovely it will be to have your first dance together. Visualizing things as you want them and things you are looking forward to can help you relax at the stressful moments.
Good luck and congratulations.

Try not to think about it too much. I know it's going to be very hard, it being your wedding day and all. I have the same problem with a nervous stomach except I get the added bonus of having to have a BM too. Try some light meditation for the week beforehand and soothing music the day of. Peppermint tea is a great stomach soother. Don't drink too much after getting in your dress though as having to pee could be a hassle :). Chew mint gum or suck on a mint instead. The Stride gum flavor lasts really long. Just remember to spit it out before going up the aisle! Let your groom know how you feel. He is there to help you, along with your bridesmaid(s) and maid/matron of honor. They can do a lot to help keep you calm on the big day. Congrats and good luck!

I suppose the rite sounds lovely. However, except Joey goes to be ready to talk freely for approximately half-hour, your visitors are going to be ready within the fundamental corridor for approximately 25 mins. The rite as you could have it is going to handiest final approximately 10 mins relying on how lengthy Joey talks. Will your visitors be ready to move as much as the reception room earlier than eight pm? I realize with our reception, they would not allow them to in early so we timed it in order that they might begin arriving on the reception website online among 7:fifty five and eight:00 pm. Our reception went from eight until nighttime. Are you simply making plans on serving appetizers? If so that you would desire to have that at the reception card considering that your visitors begin arriving for the duration of the dinner hour. I might allow them to realize in order that they are able to devour earlier than they arrive. Otherwise you may also run out of appetizers and can without doubt have hungry visitors.

Have you talked to a dr? It could be something serious. I don't know how far off your wedding is, but a dr may be able to help, this may be a condition that ONLY medicine will help.
