I'm trying to gain weight, but i'm trying to do it the HEALTHY way. I want to gain weight evenly all over my body, not just in my stomach. First of all, does anyone have any tips on how to do that? I have a trainer so I'm also trying to gain weight in muscle as well. I don't do any cardio though really. So I was wondering, If I eat "healthy fats" like peanut butter (4-6 tbsp. a day), will the fat all go to my stomach? It's organic peanut butter, by the way. Well, I'll take any advice I can get....
Oh, one more question...all these calories im taking in are causing me to become constipated and bloated...does anyone have any tips for that? I'm currently drinking prune juice, eating oranges and pears, taking magnesium and a stool softener. and the bloating is HORRIBLE...any cures for that?
