I think because you have been on it and off, your menstrual cycle is out of whack (it's normal). I have actually gotten my period about 2 weeks after the previous one. To me, it;s okay as long as you don't let it happen often.

I think you're on period. It came early cause your mestrual cycle has been disrupted.

I also have lower back pains when I'm in my period. This can be a new symptom for you. If you still have any concern see your doctor.

If you also think is URI, then go to WebMD.com to see if the symptoms listed there are similar to yours.

I also feel as though it might be a UTI. Urinary tracy infections are very common. The most common sypmtoms with these are lower back pain which might be causing your "abdominal discomfort", blood in urine which you see when you wipe, and burning during urination. You might also be going more than often. Sometimes you can get a UTI and not even know it. When you see the dr. make sure they do a urine test on you. They will know within minutes if you have an infection. If you do then they will give you antibiotics to clear it up. After that they will take the same urine you gave them and run a culture on it. They send that sample to the lab and it will come back within 2-3 days. The purpose of this test is to tell them whether or not the antibiotics the dr gave you is appropriate for your type of infection.

it sounds like you have a severe UTI. which is turning into a kidney infection hence the lower back pain, you should get into a Dr. asap. I have had kidney infections before and they need to be treated with antibiotics . Go see a Dr. today.

Maybe it has nothing to do with the patch, it could be that you have a UTI (Urinary Tract infection), or something similiar to that.
