Magnets don't work for me, personally; but I know many people who have benefitted from their use. As with all alternative and complimentary therapies, it's all about finding the appropriate frequency to bring you back into balance.

Magnetic resonance is used for diagnosis in MRI. I personally have used magnets for therapy for arthritis for a long time. It takes the pain out and I do not need to be on pain relievers . . Have been on glucosamine condroitin the claims, have not materialized, after having taken it for over a year. The Magnets relieve the pain and save money as well

I think anything is worth a try. I'm trying a magnetic bracelet for discomfort in my left wrist. It appears to be working. (day 5)

I'm interested also in light therapy. It sounds promising. The only real way to know is to try for yourself. What works for one may not work for another. Creative open minds, advance the universe. Closed minds not open to new possibles, stand still.

What fun is that!

MRI's use magnestism to help doctors diagnose illnesses.
