Headaches can be caused by many factors. General pain, sinus pain, infection, dehydration or sickness. Generally Advil, Motrin or Ibuprofen can help with the relief for most headaches. Sinus headaches on the other hand may require sinus medication, like Sudafed. Hot tea or water helps. You can also try soda. Often times it will relieve some sinus related headaches. If else use a heating pad on the head.

Depends on the type of headache...and the type of painkillers you took. Don't take more of the same kind...Have you tried excedrin? It's got caffeine in it which dilates the blood vessels, which lessens the headache. If it's a migraine, lie in a dark room, with no sound... hope you feel better.

Try something with an anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen etc), that usually works for me. You may need to drink some water being dehydrated will cause a headache.

I saw on TV once that some people actually drill holes in their own heads to relieve headaches,....although I don't actually recommend that method. Try sleeping it off.

Endocets! So good, and not only do they take away pain, they make you warm and fuzzy from head to toe. Or try heroine.
