Where do these people come from? Don't they know that there is something called as spell check? I cant help you with toofake. Being a dentist my self, I can probably advice you about "tooth ache" but you probably will not understand the solution. Get a hammer, chisel and a blow torch.

Take ibuprofen. It does something to tooth pain that even aleve cannot touch.

Rosemary, clove, or eucalyptus oil on the painful tooth helps.

And make an appointment with the dentist ASAP... you can kill yourself if you let a tooth infection get out of control and spread to your brain.
