I have a hamster with wet tail. Can I get sick from this/

You might get sick if you don't wash your hands throughly with soap and water after each time you handle the hamster. This would be from bacteria. Viruses are not commonly spread by a hamster. Your hammy may be very ill with diarrhea and if you get that diarrhea (wetness) into an open sore on you, or into your eyeball you could get a bacterial infection.
I suggest you call a vet to ask what to do for your ''wet tailed hammy".

I'm pretty sure it's a no.
Wet tail is basically just diarrhea, which can be fatal for the little guys. Do you have meds for your hammy?
