i have disc prolapse.at the start i suffered only from sprain in back as i was painting than picked up suitcase,i went to doctor he gave me ajerk than i had sciatica followed by acute pain in bac as my disc prolapse at that time i was56kg i remain on bed rest for one and half years then i started swimming on my strong will to retun to life.i still have pain i want solutiom to following problems,ifeel bad about weight gain i have consulted 3 nutritionistand reduce 3 inches in ayear but my wieigt fuctuate bw 72 to 75kg.i have started evening walk for 20 mints.i cant go on crash diet.beside i feel depressof my weight and pain.itry to avoid pain killer but i take methylcabal regularly take milk also.plz suggest a diet plan

See....normally everybody would say the Pill. However, what about how alcohol affects the way your body absorbs the pill. I am in college and drink. Would staying with condoms (I have had sex over 200 times and never broke one) be safer than getting on birth control, considering that I do drink and the Pill absorption could be lessoned. See, I know to be on the pill, and use condoms would be the best way to make sure that I dont' get pregnant, however, if I get on birth control pills, I highly doubt there would be any use of condoms. What would be safer? Any trained proffesionals on here? Please help!!

When I woke up this morning all of my fingers were very swollen. I can only bend them about half way. It's not my whole hand that's swollen, only my fingers. When I sleep I usually sleep with my hands under my pillow, but if anything ever happens from that it's usually that my hand has "fallen asleepp". This happened to me once before but it was a while ago so I really don't remember what I did. I took some advil & benedril a little bit ago. But I need to find out what to do because I have a volleyball game this afternoon! Thanks for any help.

several different people have told me writing on my skin can cause blood/lead poisoning. I don't believe it .... nope nope. I've been doing it for years hasn't killed me yet. I know it doesn't look great, having pen scribbles all over your hand, and that's one reason I've been told to wash it off. But some people say it can acutally be bad..... phhbt. whadda you think?

I have started using Byetta for PCOS and weight loss, But I cant find any information on how much you HAVE to eat.. I need to lose a lot of weight, therefore I would like to eat as little as possible, however, there does seem to be some data to suggest without a moderately significant meal Byetta cannot do its job.. any ideas??

Ok. I want to say a few words. This is serious..not a joking matter. so keep the rude remarks and jokes to yourself.thanks. People if youre having sex please take all precautions. I just got over scabies and I feel like this is the worst thing that could have ever happened to me. I dont know what any other sexual transmitted diseases are like but this one was awful. The unbearable itching, embarrising bit marks on my penis. It got to the point where I hated looking at my penis. It seemed like the itching would never stop or that the bite marks would ever go away. Eventually everything slowly eased away. Im leaving this comment because I wouldnt wish this on anybody. So people just please be careful because I know there are worst diseases than this.out there Thanks for time.

i have well at least my gyn told me i have a fibroid tumor , but the pains im having are almost like contractions , but i am also exsperancing heart burn , tender breast, and a numb feeling on my left cheek bone , is this symptoms of a fiborid tumor too ? i also have a pale look to me and dark circles under my eyes . im just concerned and i cant g ot to the doc until oct. if anyone u women out there has had these symtoms with a fibroid tumor please inliten me i want to hear all about . but if anyone of u are experacning or had these symtoms and they were something please also inliten me . again i want to here your info and facts and everything else ......... i thank you for posting .........
