i am feeling sleepy everytime i back home from school at 1 p.m (most malaysia school end at 1 p.m).i can not sleep because i always have lots of homework to be done.

so,what are the best way to eliminate & avoid feeling sleepy besides sleep and take caffeine?

Only about 1 cup of white wine was used to cook the meal. And of course I didn't eat the entire meal all by my self so I didn't consume the entire amount.
Also I have some left overs I would like to eat for lunch tomorrow, I won't be eating any more food with alcohol but is this one time going to harm my baby?

I workout regularly. But sometimes I have to stop due to studies. And when I start again I gain evrything I lost very quickly. But this time when I stoped and started again, I am not gaining tht fast...I dont know why this is so...Please let me know if u know anything...

I dont even know why, but I still feel horrible about myself. Even though I have friends who care about me, I still think about suicide all the time.

Im 16, and Im schizophrenic. Meds cant help me, and therapists keep giving up. I havent heard much from the voices lately, but alot of the time I'll be thinking about killing myself. Even sitting here typing this. But I could be on the phone, in the car, with friends, anywhere and I still think about it.

I dont even know if I want to kill myself or not. Sometimes I think I do, and other times I dont. But I think about it constantly no matter what. Im extremely paranoid and delusional, so at times im not even sure if my friends care or not.

I have this constant urge to take a large knife to my chest, or to jump off a bridge or throw myself into traffic. I have thought of so many ways to kill myself, and I dont even know if I want to use them or not.

What is wrong with me? The doctors already want me in an asylum. HELP?!?

Every night, I'm in agony - the left side of my jaw and all of its teeth hurt... I can't sleep. Every night I'm suffering. I went to the dentist on Thursday. He took two X-Rays and couldn't find anything of note. He took another x-ray from a different angle, and still, he didn't see anything obvious - said he didn't see abcesses, or anything - just some deep fillings he thought might be wondered about. A tap test didn't really result in anything - I didn't feel anything tied to any of the spots he tapped. And during the day, I really don't notice anything.

He didn't prescribe antibiotics. he talked about "dying teeth" as a potential thing that might be happening, but didn't say he saw anything on the x-rays, and he didn't do anything for me... even kind of said 'sorry I didn't find anything definitive.'

I have had a persistant cough for almost 5 months now, ever since I moved into a new house and yes have the AC on.. My cough is horrible... like makes me gag, and sneeze and it takes my breath away...wow its scary, but I have no other symptoms at all ..then Im fine till I have another coughing spell, atleast twice a day?? do u think this may be mold??

my period has been late for 7 months and im not pregnant. the problem is that there is blood (not much) on my underwear when is not on that date ( the usual date)for like 3 days. does this means that im having my period now? or just blood? can masturbation be the cause that im not having my period?
