That isn't possible. Actually it is, but not how you want it. The only way you can lose six pounds in a week, which you could actually lose in a day if you wanted to, is by dehydrating your body. Losing your water weight is the only way you can get your weight down that quickly, and if you lose six pounds of water, then you are going to be in serious trouble. So I don't suggest it. I think the fastest someone can lose weight is a pound every three days. And that requires you to workout everyday for at least 500 calories, and eat only around 700 each day. This is hard, but if you are determined, it's possible. Also, these numbers are based on a weight of around 125-130. If you weigh more, then you lose weight faster; less...slower. The best exercise you can do is cardio. It melts the fat off your body. Good diet...low calorie.

First, for you to lose 6 lbs in just one week could spell physical disaster for you.
By standard, we can only lose 3 lbs per week, and this is the volume you should lose within that time span. Going beyond is really dangerous for your health.
Second, staying away from carbo food will help you trim down, but I suggest you target 3 lbs first and not the 6 lbs per week if you wouldn't wanna end up in a hospital...
