I like to watch a TV show called the biggest loser it is pretty cool, on there the trainers talk about a lifestyle change, you can go on a crash diet or buy a bike, but unless you are commited to changing your lifestyle it wont work, it's kinda like a smoker trying to quit, the first thing anyone will tell you is that you have to be commited to never again touching one. Outside of that suggestion, if you live in the US go to your local YMCA they have people that can council you in what exercises to do and what diet you should maintain they are income based so the best bang for your buck, outside the US any gym should have the same thing. Secondly I have found a good work out buddy to be essential, someone who will kick you in the booty and get you going on those days you just don't feel like it.

hi. well the good news is that u want to be healthy and look better and for that there is no secret formula but to eat healthy and excercise. To loose weight on chin and stomach is not possible without loosing weight over all. You cannot spot reduce fat. This is where ur body stores fat and wil only melt if you work out for overall body

Hi, one sure shot remedy is to sleep without putting pillow under your head, also rotate your face touching both the shoulder at least 20 times a day. Alcohol also gives the face a puffy look, so if are taking alcohol, try to reduce the quantity. All the best!

not sure about the chin, but sit ups, and 'the plank' are good for the stomach muscles. the plank- lie straight on your stomach, head and chest off the ground, arms a 90 degrees, pallms facing upwards! slowley bring your body up so the tips of your toes and your elbows are supporting you. hold 4 10 secs etc. Also, green tea is great for speeding up metabolism!

Lose weight all around. There's no way to target where you lose it. If you lose it here, you'll lose it everywhere. Targeted exercises will tone the muscles beneath the fat, and that can sometimes make the bulges even bigger. Try aerobic exercises, and modify your eating habits...

Lay off soda, beer, and other fatty food. Drink lots of water. Eat healthy foods ( salads are only healthy when they are not covered in dressing) and run or swim for an hour every other day.

i don't think u can reduce fat in just certain or any particular area. when u doing workout u will loose fat from evry inch of your body (sort of).
n i don't believe in cosmetic product that claim they can burn fat in specific target area whatsoever. if they really works, they should have won a nobel price!

You should have thought about yourself before you got that way. Most likely you will just have to love with it the rest of your life. Eat what you need not what you want might help some.

I have heard of this thing called ear stapling. What having a staple in your ear does for your weight, I am clueless but I have seen the places that do it.
