Have had a slightly enlarged lymph node on and off for quite some time. It is on the right side/back of neck at hairline. It is now as big around as a quarter, hard and painful, not as mobile. The tenderness and swelling (no redness) extends beyond the node and has persisted for 3+ days with no signs of shrinking. Hurts to move head. It is not a cyst, definitely is a node. I have researched all the lymph node sites but none describe what I am experiencing. I know swollen lymph nodes indicate infection, but this is different than swollen lymph nodes in the front of my neck that I have had with the flu....Any ideas? Serious answers only please.

I have this very odd problem that has just occured in the last eight months. I have anxiety about driving and its pretty severe. The interstates make me freak out bad and four lane roads are out of the question and hills make my anxiety even worse. It has to be a simple straight two way road for me to handle it. The thing is though, the part of driving that gives me anxiety, I use to be able to handle it well for years and years. Its rediculous because nowadays I'll go miles and miles out of way just to avoid four lane roads and hills. How do I get over this?

men (approximately 30ish) drive through an apartment complex at 11:00ish at night and just shoot a bunch of car windows out?? This happened where I live (it's usually very quiet). I'm putting this under mental health because it HAS to be related. The one lady sweeping glass behind her car today said she had a $400.00 deductible and doesn't have the $$ to pay. A LOT of us are going through rough times so it's sad. But WHY would they do this? They took off so they couldn't stand around and watch and enjoy the havoc they reaked. Our car wasn't home as my husband was working thank goodness. I don't get it. Why would people do this?

For the past year and half I have been having recurring dreams involving Tsunamis with big waves and volumes of water. Most of the times I am in those dreams, sometimes I am in it with the people I know (friends and family), either in a sanked house observing the water;=, sometimes observing the tsunami and big waves coming from far, building, hill; and sometimes waiting for the worst as earlier in the dream, there would be warning of tsunamis hitting the area I was at. In the dream, there is great amount of fear, struggle and distruction, but no one was physically hurt, injured or drowned.
