I am interested in what to do about it. Look at how much they look in mirrors in the BB house.
It's not that I am self obsessed, well a little perhaps.

oooh... I'll be watching this question! I know a few people who need to be "cured"!
I'm guessing that the mirrors in the Big Brother house are so numerous because they are one-way mirrors with cameras behind them. Plus they reflect the light which is also beneficial for filming. And the people who sign up for those so-called "reality" shows are all looking for their 15 minutes of fame, so self-obsession is a pre-requisite!

Eat all the cookies that someone brought into work for the entire office. Then they will all talk bad about you behind your back and when you find out, you won't feel so hot about yourself. Then try to do something nice, like brining in cookies made with a laxitive in them for everyone to enjoy.

Try doing away with the mirrors, then you can't keep looking at yourself. Go and find something more worthwhile to do.
