Nyquil really works wonders. I had a real nasty sore throat not too long ago. I took some, took a nap and when I woke up, my sore throat was gone! I was amazed at how fast it worked. The stuff taste real nasty, but it is worth it!

Hope that helps. Lemme know! Sore throats suck big time. :-(

Have you ever heard of ludens cough drops? go to the gas station and pick some up, they help your throat tremendously and taste like a candy! I eat them even when my throat is not sore. they taste that good. I recommend cherry flavor.

Also, drink sqeezed lemon mixed with honey, straight up no water. The lemon has open vitamin C, and the honey is a powerful antiseptic, and it also soothes the throat.

Gargle with warm salt water to which you have added some apple cider vinegar. That combination works longer than just salt water by itself.
