What can i do to lessen the pain I get on my lower back during my period? I'm only 19 so ive been having my period for only a couple years so far but its really starting to irritate me. And i know it will continue for years to come. What are some ways to lessen the back pain?

I'm on the pill, and I missed one (I'm in my second week). I got my period the next day. This shouldn't happen with one missed pill! I messed it up a little last month (forgetting 2 in the 3rd week) so I just started this new pack, and I thought it would clear up, but now I got my period (lightly) after 1 missed!

I am having probs with my hips, they are not too bulging out, but they are neither normal, so what kind of jeans should i buy to make them look as flat as possible or are there any excersises to reduse my hips because i really want them to look normal. All my life my menstrual cycle has been very odd. I will have a period every four months or so or no period for a year, it is just very unpredictable. ( I had my first period at age 12) I am now 25 and my periods are still unpredictable except now when I have periods they last for quite a long time. I began my period on june 15th. It is now August 1st and I am still bleeding heavy with alot of big clots (sorry dont mean to gross you out). Anyone else been through this? Help I am sick of going to the Doctors. They always say they dont know whats wrong with me! (thanks doc I could have saved some time and money and diagnosed myself).
