The best way to reduce the amount is to keep the face clean. Washing twice a day, not scrubbing now, with Neutrogena acne wash is what our dermatologist recommended and worked wonders.If you have a severe case you really should see a dermatologist. Meantime don't be fooled by old wives tales, chocolate and grease do NOT cause pimples, it is hormonal.

Asprin Mark 2-3x a week

Disolve 4 or 5 uncoated asprin in a tiny bit of water and mix to form a paste. Apply to face and leave on for 10-15 minutes. wipe off then rinse. Apply an oil free moisturizer.

I swear by this remedy!!

My daughter puts regular old honey on them, then puts a bandade over the area, and leaves it on over night.
It seems to help. She's been doing this for about 4 or 5 years.
