1) Greens and Lettuces
The best way to fill up a diet plate is to start with a generous portion of greens and lettuces. They add volume to the meal and add very few calories. The darker greens and lettuces also vitamins and minerals.

Low Fat:
Serve the berries with low fat yogurt and sliced almonds.

You're 90 pounds and you're SO FAT?!?!!?!?!?!! You have fallen victim to mainstream media advertising that says you must be thin as a rail or you're ugly. For crying out loud, DON'T buy into that. Here's a secret the fashion mags won't tell you: The vast majority of guys don't like girls that are too skinny because they look like they're suffering from a terminal illness. The male of the species likes a female who is curvy and healthy, not a living stick-figure. So don't obsess about your weight. If you eat a healthy diet that is low in junk food, fast food, soft drinks, trans fat, saturated fat, refined flour/sugar, etc., and high in whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lowfat dairy products, nuts, and lean meats, you'll not only keep your body in good shape but you'll keep from getting REALLY fat (READ: Way over 90 pounds).

CALORIES: The key to a successful diet is not to starve yourself, but to get the proper amounts of calories, watch the types of fats and exercise (fat is good if it's good fat.. don't cut all fat out.. I did that recently and found out I was at just as much risk for a heart problem as the person who has lots of fat) Saturated and Trans fat to poly and good fats should be a ratio of 1:3 or better. i.e. 3 grams of poly fat and 1 gram of saturated fat would be acceptable and good for you even. The good fats help clean the bad fats from your arteries - super important.
But unfortunately.. you may not like this answer.. I sure didn't until I started getting in to a routine.. but the key to a successful diet is exercise! If I didn't have my squash (like racquetball) buddies, I probably wouldn't still be going to the gym either.
CHEERLEADING: And also another unfortunate fact is that cheering is not that much exercise. You need to do more cardio types of activities. Running, bicycling, those types of things. My x gf was a cheerleader and then a captain.. I'd take her on a bike ride and she would die one mile from home! No she wasn't a sucky cheerleader, it's just a different type of exercise.
CARDIO: If I were you, I'd go online and find out what types of exercises burn what quantities of calories - find one that you like and stick to it. Whatever you consume in calories, do the same amount of exercise to counteract it. It's not easy, but then if it was., everybody would be skinny wouldn't they :)
IDEAL WEIGHT? You should also check out your ideal weight for your height. 90 lbs can be fat, but it could also be skinny.. depends on different factors. :) And you may think you look fat, but it could be that you just have muscle or fat in certain areas that need work when other areas do not. That you can mostly only correct with specific exercises, not food.
And don't get me wrong, you need to watch the types of foods you eat and etc. But the proper exercise in my book is more important and what is lacking in probably 95% of peoples lives.
AFTER YOU GOT THE EXERCISE ROUTINE DOWN, then start chompin' on some fruits and vegetables. This is missing out of 70% of people's diets. I'd bet on the fact that you don't get enough of those in your diet :) I still haven't gotten this part down yet.

lots of dark greens. insted of going for the "ice burg" lettuce.. which is lighter in color.. go for a darker leaf like asparagus. The darker the leaf, the more vitamins you get. Wish a low fat dressing and some nice crisp dark leaves, throw some carrots in for vitamin A, a few tomatoes, and you have yourself a nice big bowl of vitamins that help keep you healthy and strong! =)
p.s. after you eat that, grab some fries and a burger. your 90 lbs... your body does need fat!! you wont survive without it... your losing muscle mass and soon youll be very week...

How tall are you, I can't tell without your height if 90lbs is normal for your height. Good dieting foods, fruits and veges. Lots of water. Eat lean, non fatning meats like fish and chicken. Drink skim milk and cut back on fats and simple sugars. NO pop! I hope this helps!
