You see, I've been trying really hard to lose weight and tone up my muscles. Everyday, I've been doing around 100 crunches / situps, and around 50 press ups, plus I've been doing weightlifting. I'm also going to do some cardio exercise like swimming, or running. But, I can't seem to find any exercises that target the chest area, without having to buy a multi-gym!!! HELP!

I am 65 and a diabetic(type 2) from the last 25 years,keeping in good health and shape with the help of oral medication.I am given to understand that diabetics r at the risk of getting attacked on the weaker organs of the body,may be over a period of time inspite of medication. I will be thankful if some one guide me on this, professionally.

I am a 37 year old woman who was just diagnosed with diverticulitis from a "dry" cat scan after having severe lower quadrant abdominal pain. I have read up on the disease over the past couple of days, and have determined that I do not fit the profile- I am under 60 yrs old, eat a healthy diet that includes plenty of fruit, raw vegetables, and whole grains, and I am very regular.

I have had a history of frequent back ache (past year or so)- lower back, along spinal cord, and shoulder/neck area. Occationally I get severe tension headaches from the neck/shoulder pain.

I have no gynocological issues though I have had c-section births.

Any thoughts????

Oh... Also, a few days after the diagnosis, I found out that my refridgerator has not been working properly, my dog was hospitalized with vomitting and diarrea (posible colitis). No one else in my family has been affected.

I would like to hear from anyone who has bipolar illness and takes lexapro to help treat depression and anxiety. If you do is it effective in your experience. When I was 10, my back tooth decayed. Severely pained. Later I got sement filling. But, it was lost after a year. The decay passed to more teeth. One tooth went off. A new one grow at that place, but not proper. Many of my teeth are black. Total teeth structure is getting deformed. Gaps are developed between the teeth. I am unable to take cold water and imli products. What can I do? Will artificial teeth work for me?

it has swelled up quite badly.she has been given anti biotics.flucloxacllin capsules 500 mg.
taken from yesterday 11am.
