Contact a mental health clinic in your area. Many have sliding scale rates. My husband is currently being treated for free due to our job loss.

This situation will be picked up by any interviewer and will prevent you from getting a job.. It does sound like you have a physical problem which may be an aggravational or prime factor in your depressive state... May want to have that checked out.
Numbness and tingling suggest a neurological problem eminating from the neck and upper back (brachial plexus). Which in effect, would ilicit some additional stress factors and become a considerable aggravation to your present condition.
You are ok.. just need a bit of help.

It will be OK. some people like to be told of worse situations to make theirs feel not quiet as bad. Others just need encouragement, and some just a shoulder to cry on. Your human you have emotions and feelings and Lord knows we can't always control them. One day at a time and if that is to much one second at a time....(I'm telling this to my self as well right now balling my eyes out unfortunately mine is homesickness and just plain feeling sorry for myself). Lowering your standards isn't a bad idea but I think you have enough on your plate right now as it is a life style change might not be the best idea until you are feeling better. My advice is write down the things that you are feeling get it all out you don't have to let anyone read it, write it and burn it if you want, make it a top song =-) then you won't have to worry about the job. Life will go one and you can get through it, some days...even some years are harder then others but they make you the person that you will become and you will be a stronger person having come through it. You said medical depression so I take it you went to a doctor..take his/her advice...And if you haven't gone or didn't like what they said go again (another doctor) Take care

Well my dear, I am sorry about your mother, I lost mine and my sister, in a very bad accident. As a matter of fact, they are all gone now, my whole entire family and I agree there are times it sucks to no end. I had a brother that use to threaten suicide, I'd tell him if he did ,that I really would take a dump in his mouth, but I don't know you, yet, so be careful what you wish for.
I hope that at least made you giggle.
As for hubby, find someone to write you sweet, flirty emails for him to find on the internet, from someone far away, it might kick up his passion a bit. You can always blame me if he gets angry.
I'm too old and live far away to give a darn.
I wish you well, and as hard as it may seem, do try to have fun as often as possible

You do have Major Depression and because you have thoughts of suicide, you need to see your doctor right away. You will need to go on an antidepressant because thoughts of suicide are nothing to fool around with.
I worked as a Registered Nurse on a psychiatric unit in a hospital for over 20 years. Your symptoms are very familiar to me. Please don't listen to the people who said to not take medication or that you're fine and don't worry about it. They are so ignorant that they don't even know that they are ignorant.
You don't need to see a psychiatrist to get on an antidepressant.
Your family doctor can prescribe this for you. I say this because you will be able to get in to see your family doctor much quicker.
If at any time you don't feel safe, you must go to a hospital emergency right away..

Sounds similar to my situation: I was told it;s called circumstantial depression. You must seek help. Talk to a counsellor and if at all possible do not use anti depressants. You are not alone, just feels that way right now. Perhaps you should tell husband how you feel. God bless. GL

Are you seeing a doctor? Yes, you have clinical depression, and should be in therapy and probably on meds, at least temporarily. Do you have a friend that you can call? You need to go to a hospital now.

Depression is nothing to mess with. You need to seek help. Start with your family doctor, failing that a mental health clinic.

PLEASE- don't give up. Hope is hardest to come by when things just keep getting worse, but there is always something to be grateful for, even just the little things. I always focus on those when everything is overwhelming. Praying for you...
