LORL!!!!!! I wish hon! Nope , no luck there. Try walking, avoiding caffiene which keeps fat in the blood and avoiding hi fat ,hi cholesterol food.

IF you did, it would only be water weight and would come back on very, very quickly. Exercise is the only sure way to lose weight.
