yes it's normal and will probably be like that all your life. I'm 45 and still have one breast larger than the other.

I agree with all of the answers and yes it is normal, but learn to check for breast cancer ask some ladies even your mother to show you how to do a self exam for lumps and thickness in the breast. Good luck

seems like i read something about this in a magazine before.....i think that most women are a little uneven, some more than others, but nothing to worry about unless the difference is very obvious and you need to have them evened out........good luck

Of course it is normal! No one has even breasts, really. Just solve this by adding some padding to your bra, that should kill your self-contiousness... but do not worry about it too much.
