Drink as much (all cranberry-100%) cranberry juice as you can handle to help cleanse the system. I only over-emphasize the all cranberry aspect, because there are lots of cranberry blend juices out there and it is the cranberry that is going to do the trick. Once the infection has cleared, you can avoid the problem again by taking a cranberry fruit supplement, unless you like having an 8 ounce glass of juice every day, which some people do enjoy, but others do not. A good supplement which has high potency is Super Concentrated Cranberry Fruit 1680 mg plus Vitamin C soft gels. They are produced by the Rexall Company. These are available at Walmart and Walgreens. Hope this information helps. Have a good day!!

Key word is infection naturally antibiotics are in nothing. UTI can spread to kidneys and hurt. I prevent them by drinking tons of water eating craisins(cranberries look like raisins), yogurt, and drink cranberry juice.

From personal experience, I would suggest the following Shaklee natural supplements.
At a minimum: Optiflora (replaces "friendly" bacteria which antibiotics destroy) and Garlic Complex (natural antibiotic).
Other supplements that will also be helpful are:
Vita-C, Zinc and Nutriferon (builds & strengthens immune system)
B-Complex (increases absorption)

the best natural remedy for Urinary Tract Infection is plenty of water to wash up all bacteria and good perineal hygiene. drinking plenty of cranberry juice will only prevent alkaline forming bacteria but it will promote acidic forming bacteria unless you had your urinalysis exam result that your urine is more on alkalinic side then acidic juices is applicable.
