Ok, so in the weekdays and on Sat I eat healthy,none of that fatty food or anything junk food wise. But when it comes to Sunday I tend to treat my-self with a chocolate a soda or a bag of a chips. Do you guys think that it is bad to "break your diet" on Sunday?Come on..everyone deserves a treat! But I wanna see what's on your minds. Or can you reccomend something that I could eat on Sunday,but still have the feeling of "treating myself"!!
