Go to a search engine like yahoo or google and type in spleen photo. It works. My son is having an ulnar shortening osteotomy and I typed that in. Not only did I get a picture of his arm/wrist but I also got a video of it.

Type "spleen image" or "spleen photo" into your search engine ... Come on! This ain't rocket science.
