You are not fat at that weight and age. Dont worry too much about the breast growth I think teenage boys often get some of this it should go away as you grow up. My husband still has a bit and I dont mind it at all.

A boy of 17, sounds like your mother wrote this. Anyway, Breast fat on men is really hard to get rid of. You would have to go on a Strict diet, and I do mean STRICT. Cut out all sugar, eat veggies and fruit for dinner and don't eat past 6pm. Drink nothing but water, most of all cut your food intake at least 60%. Yes, 60% and work out hard. Stay in the gym 2 hrs, do lots of cardio....
Or
You can have it suck out, and thats about $2500.00 and done in a hour.
Those are your only two options, by the way man breast are gross.....

If you loose the weight your breasts will go away. You may have a hormonal tendency to be overweight. You should be examined by a doctor and have your thyroid checked. If that is not the problem, try cutting starches and sugars from your diet and eat mostly lean protiens and vegatables. Carbohydrates, when they become fats put the fat on your middle body (chest and stomach) so cutting these foods will help reduce your mid section.

It could be gyno which is breast tissue growth. This would mean that you have a high estrogen level. You should go to the doctor, and if u do have this they will give u an anti estrogen, and testosterone stimulator.

your problem is mainly your attitude and your outlook..i think if you stopped comparing yourself to everyone else you would be just fine.i suggest you see my questions and ask them yourself.and remember , there are men in this world who pay tens of thousands of dollars to have implants put in , you might consider yourself lucky..just trying to help.
