DO NOT ever go this long without food or water, if you use this as a way to lose weight, you willlose weight but you will lose lean muscle rather than fat, the best way to loose fat is aerobic exercise, and a diet with no saturated fats

Without food, maybe thirty days, without water, maybe three. It depends on your body and your environment. I've heard of people who've survived with less and who've died with more.

it really depends on the person...obviously a heavier person has more body mass that they can rely on...but people cant go longer than a week or so without water.
