My friend has a pimple on her butt and she doesn't know what to do. Are you considered dirty? Do you put coverup on it? Should you pop it? How do you make it go away? I recently purchased the dvd "8 Minute Arms" and was wondering if anyone out there has had success with it? It seems to work ok so far, i have only been doing it about a week and my arms can feel the burn. I am using soup cans for now but plan to upgrade to 2 lb weights then eventually 5 lb weights.
