I recently purchased the dvd "8 Minute Arms" and was wondering if anyone out there has had success with it? It seems to work ok so far, i have only been doing it about a week and my arms can feel the burn. I am using soup cans for now but plan to upgrade to 2 lb weights then eventually 5 lb weights.

Skip the two-pound weights. Go to three.

It's good for beginners but you wil have to toss it away and do more advanced workouts after you progress beyond the DVD.

THE MORE WEIGHT YOU USE THE FASTER YOUR ARMS WILL BUILD MUSCLE...
YOU CAN EASILY DO 10 POUND WEIGHTS...DON'T SAY YOU CAN'T...JUST TRY IT...PUSH YOURSELF...
