I've been trying to loose weight since last thur and have lost ten pounds thus far. I drink slim fast for bfast or special k cereal lunch a lean cuisine which I onlike the steak tips with brocoli and a piece of fruit or yogurt. for dinner either a lean cuisine, chicken grilled brocoli yogurt if i want something alittle sweet in tast I've started drinking eight glasses of water a day I've also started working out 30 min doing tae bo. I can really tell the change in my stomach I really would lke to loose 60 pounds b october please someone do you think that this is doable I don't want to be fooling my self.with the ten pounds I lost that in like four days is that normal or is that because I have more loose and do you think it will continue to come of like that because if so I'll reach my goal in no time. Yesterday only i tried to fast wrong answer by 12midnight I was starving which caused me to eat a turkey sandwhich on wheat and oj I could have die afterward please somene any good advic
