leave them a note and try not to be rude. maybe you can print a policy about hygiene and leave it on their desk. have u tried talking to your boss about it?

buy them a beauty bundle from walmart or somewhere, if it be a man do it in a mans way, If you have an avon rep buy some from Avon and tell him or her that you love these scents and you wanted them to try it out!
