Salads are good for you and can help you to loose weight if you replace a meal with them, just remember the dressing you put on them is what adds calories.

Yes !! But it depends on what you put in them also I am not one to count carbs never have and never will I like salad too with the works, the real ranch dressing loaded down !!

green leafy salads r the best.whatever u have is generally good just be careful with the dressing creamy ones like mayonaise r high in calories

Depends on what's in it, but yeah, generally anything that's made up mainly of vegetables is good for you. They only become less healthy when you pile them up with oil. mayo, cheese and stuff like that.
And even then - it's still better for you than a Big Mac and Fries.
