I was diagnosed with rheumitoid arthritis several years ago and it is now getting to point where it is becoming a problem, I wake up so sore and stiff sometimes it hurts to get out of bed, my hands swell up, every joint hurts and I'm always worn out. Does anyone know of anything besides aspirin and ben-gay that might help?.....I know I should go to the doctor but he just tells me to take some time off and use aspirin and ben-gay, which isn't working anymore.

I went to the dentist a year ago when I was 15 almost 16. The dentist said I had no cavaties, He also said that my mouth was small (not in those words) and if my wisdom teeth grow they might become a nuisance. Well a year later I had 4 cavaties filled and have to get 2 teeth pulled. so do getting your teeth pull hurt and how long do it take to heal? Mind you I don't take too kindly to pain. i started a basketball camp yesterday and we practice for 6 hours with some breaks inbetween and i started to get sore around my thighs and now its kinda tight in my shoulders and the worst pain is in my left knee. it feels like a pin goes into my knee evertime i bend it. i dont necessarily want it to stop cuz i kno thts probably impossible by tomorrow (we're doing conditioning), i just want the pain to ease up and not hurt everytime i stand up

ok i lift weights but i was building muscle now i want to tone and define it. more reps less weight is what i heard to do. i was doing mainly benchpressing i was at 175 doing it 4 sets of 10 well today i started doing benchpressing but with 95 lbs 2 sets of 25 and i started military pressing 2 sets of 25 and also a reverse type military press 2 sets of 25 with little rest between sets. is this the way to get my muscles toned and defined. also should i start taking protein drinks i have been giving it some thought.

I had my first depo shot about 3 weeks ago. Let me say I will NOT ever do this again!!! I have been bleeding for 2 weeks non-stop! I am cramping, lower back horribly! no energy. I have to pee all the time. Im ill, almost screaming at times! I have had a non stop temp. in the 99's. Even 99.9 The nurse seems like this is not the first time she has seen this when I called concerned about me bleeding nonstop. I just now typed in a search engine "depo shot & non stop bleeding", and to my surprise there was so many forums etc. of women complaing aout this same issue. Many worse! Time will tell, but this is pissing me off, bleeding non stop! Sex is not exciting, and life in general seems down! I am here to forewarn you ladies to read before trying this out. I mean read other women, and there experiences! I was stupid and read the pamplet and of course it says all the "good things" about it and very few complications! lol Anyways, I feel a little better bitching this to the world now. :)
