ok i lift weights but i was building muscle now i want to tone and define it. more reps less weight is what i heard to do. i was doing mainly benchpressing i was at 175 doing it 4 sets of 10 well today i started doing benchpressing but with 95 lbs 2 sets of 25 and i started military pressing 2 sets of 25 and also a reverse type military press 2 sets of 25 with little rest between sets. is this the way to get my muscles toned and defined. also should i start taking protein drinks i have been giving it some thought.
