I take jazzercise classes and they give me energy and stamina and I tend to be in a better mood all day (no matter what elsel happens, I started my day off dancing!). I am then motivated to continue due to all of the benefits I already mentioned. Find something you'd enjoy, and then take the necessary steps to do it--even if you don't feel like it; you'll likely be very glad you did so afterward. All the best to you!

for me, it's just doing things to stay busy, like going to the gym, cleaning or doing outdoor activities.
no pills will work, coffee is something, apples and oranges are good energy boosters.
i have an office job so i never have energy, but on the weekends i don't have to sit all day so i have much more motivation

First and foremost, 3 balanced meals per day and healthy snacks as needed, enough sleep, daily exercise and enough water. No easy way out when it comes to finding energy.

Try multi vitamins...
Other than that caffeine pill, or carbs will give you energy.
