not at all but if you add some lemon and salt it gives it an extra flavor without all the fat in the salad dressings. ; )

The reasons diets don't work is because they are not a lifestyle for most people. Some of us, like you, eat salads all the time and enjoy them in various ways. For others, it is the oddest idea in the Universe. I'm not sure what people think their ancestors did before the invention of all this fast food and Frankenfoods. My parents and grandparents always had a small garden and fresh fruits and vegetables were the norm. I really believe if we get back to that we will see a drastic decline in all these "mental illnesses" which are probably no more than sugar overload, vitamin deficiencies and runaway stress placed on our society today. Keep doing what you are doing and know that you are not alone. There are a handful of us out here. Best regards.

No I used to eat salad without dressing or with ketchup because I didn't like the taste of dressings

Nope!!! I don't think it's weird because I used to eat it that way. I didn't used to like any kind of dressing and I would just sprinkle some salt on my salad. I also don't get sour cream on my potato or cream cheese on my bagel...people thought the same thing, that I was on a diet! Don't be ashamed of how you eat!!!

I am not big on dressings either. Maybe a little lemon juice or balsamic vinegar if it is around, but raw veggies are great just as they are. No matter what you eat it is a diet, don't let other peoples opinions influence your healthy diet. Especially if they are on the fried twinkie diet.

nothing wrong with eating healthy. salad dressing is a preference. I prefer to say that I eat healthy so that I don't have to diet.

This is what we call normal. Salad dressing wasn't around when we began eating salads.

No it's not weird at all! Even when I'm not dieting to lose weight, I like malt vinegar only on my salad or nothing at all.

let them say whatever they want. as long as you enjoy it and at least you're not shoving something down to your stomach that clogs your arteries. i also eat salad without the dressing, i actually hate the taste and the smell of it.

I think you are just eating healthy and choosing not to eat the fat calories that might be in the dressing.
