I've heard that exercise releases [endorphins}? that make you feel good, but I just get bored very quickly (like after 5 minutes!) I've tried doing it to music, trying to incorporate some self-branded 'dance' into it, but it still sucks.

I'm desperately unfit & need something to keep me going - please help!

I have six knots, four line my spine and two are on my shoulder blades and are the freakin size of my shoulder blades (one is currently hurting!) They hurt like heck and I can't seem to get rid of them. I've tried baths, massages (ah...massages...) but they don't seem to work at all. Is there something else I can try?

I have gone to my doctor several times and each time they can never tell me what it is. I don't think it's PMS because it lasts the whole month except when I get my period. I have bleeding gums, nasal stuffiness, cramps, backaches, swollen breasts, bloated belly, pelvic pain, dizziness, mood swings and nausea. What is this?? I have not been super stressed or even moderately stressed. Stress is an option but I'd really like to know if other women have experienced this and if they found what causes it. Whether it is stress or not. Please help!!!

My entire body responds to exercise but for some reason my calves always lag behind. Any recommended techniques for slow growing calves?

I think i have it. Funny thing is I wore flip flops and really didn't go off in the grass. My kids played in the same grass week . I am allergic to grass so i never walk bare foot in it or in at all in tall grass. Any way, at first i thought i had several mesquito bites on my feet and ankles, then it spread up my legs. It really does look like a bunch of mesquito bites, but i would have known if that many bit me. Do you think that is what it is?

My 13 year old fell and hit is collarbone. He can move it up, down and around; however he can not move his arm straight in front of his body. The area is a little swelled but overall not to bad. He seems to be in a little pain but not too much.

My husband and i got married in April. i am pregnant and we have moved to a new state and bought a house together. we are both 25 years old.

when we were dating my hubby and i lived alone with my 6 year old from a previous relationship. when we moved out of state(in dec) his brother had to come with us. my hubby works full time and i stay home. everything sounds good up to there,. the problem is that his brother who is 27 (i am 25 and so is my hubby) has a learning disability. i am expected to take care of him. everything is a problem,... you have to remind him to do everyday things like brush his teeth. I am tired and feel stressed out. so what do i do? I cant take this anymore. should i be the one to leave my house that i paid half of to accomidate his brother or should his brother be the one to leave? and how much is to much for me to do? hoe do i work around this woithout hurting my marriage? I love my husband and we have no issues other than this

I used to be slim and men used to look at me. I'm now overweight and a guy has never looked at me. It's either because they don't find me attractive or perhaps it could be that I just don't feel attractive so don't give off good vibes to guys.

Like using B-vitamins or grapeseed extract. I have seen huge improvements using grapeseed and betaine hydrocholride. Just want to see what you guys and gals thought. Thanks

Would appreciate serious answers. Having survived cancer when there was no hope, its strange but I never held the cancer responsible for my condition. The scars it left behind are more then most can bear - I will never be able to eat orally or breathe normally for the rest of my life and has been six years since I last tasted food or had a drink of water. I still do not blame the cancer and consider myself lucky I got it. It has taught me so many things like becoming more humane, seeing the world in a different perspective, watching my kids grown into fine young men, falling in love with my wife all over again, devoting time to my aged mother, helping others who are not so lucky with funding their medicines, diet and money. If not for Cancer - I would still be the old grouch - working day and night and not enjoying the lovely life that we always wish we had but never had the time. I have been to hell and back. What do you survivors feel about cancer? Is cancer a curse or a teacher?
