Dr Education answers: Babeee I can sleep all day if I didn't have 2 go 2 work and pay bills. I'll say 22 hrs. But when I have 2 go 2 work I like to take my breaks and nap (15-20 mins) in my car.

I've always heard you need 7-9 hours of sleep, but I really think it depends on the person. Personally I can go through the day with 6-7 hours of sleep, but I would more than gladly get up to 12 hours if I am allowed. And I know some people that can go through the day with 4 hours.... It's really a personal thing you have to gauge on your own, but I would not recommend getting less than 7 hours everynight.

It varies....I can be fine off of 4 hours of sleep some days and some days it takes 8. However, after so many nights of getting 4 hours of sleep or less it can take it's toll on you.

If I get four hours I get along fine. I never take naps and never did, even as a baby. Some people just don't need as much; your body will tell you.
