I have always had problems losing weight. I have been dieting and exercising for 2 months and have only lost 10 lbs. What am I doin wrong? some ppl say i'm not that big (180lbs.-5'2) but i know it is. i want to lose weight, but i have a lot of negativity around me. i also go to school fulltime and a mother of 3 so i don't have a whole lot of spare time. i recently broke up w/ a guy bcuz i found out he was cheating on me...i want to make him squirm the next time he sees me. ( i would like to at least start off by losing 25lbs.) I would like to have it lost by the end of the summer. any suggestions? i don't have much income either...so costly saving advice would be greatly apprieciated.

Hey, if anyone else has Keratosis Pilaris, maybe you could give me some advice. I have KP on my arms, thighs, shoulders, etc. It wouldn't bother me as much if there wasn't so much scarring; but I have been scratching the affected areas for quite a while, and now there are scabs/scarring to go along with the KP. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to treat KP fast, like any good exfoliants or creams? Or can anyone relate to this situation?

i fell at work last week and ended up in the ER, they told me i have torn legiments in my ankle and foot. i tried to go to work today but i still cant walk on it, no permenant damage but what the hell are my rights....worman's comp, do i file a lawsuit......i am out of money and rent is coming due....

I have allergys alot and my husband said I should be allergys tsted.I did and looks like the highist number is grass mixs,When I tk the allergy meds they dry out my tonge bad and it hurts,So I have to decide its 2 shots a week for probly 3 yrs,and Ill know if its wrking in a yr.

AFter the first and second time i ran, i get this temporary pain on the left side of my leg by the outerside of my knee . i have gone threw a glass window when i was 7 years old
i got stitches when i was 11 years old from falling on glass
and about a week ago i accidently punched a window in my door and got stitches above my elbow and on my wrist and it almost hit my main artery!!!

Im just wondering is it ok to have sex while your girlfriend is on her period? I dont know why i mean i dont have a problem with it and im just scared that i might hurt her or she might feel pain if were having sex on her time of the month. I am 14 and i really want to come out of the closet about being gay. However, I'm afraid of how many friends i might lose if i do. So I'm an active church member since last year. But I only go to church to hang out with friends, not for spiritual purposes. I can come out of the closet at school but I still have some second thoughts. But then again, is it really nessesary (I know there's a c in there somewhere) for my friends to know? But I really don't want to lose my church friends. Help please.
