It is definitely possible that he gave it to you. Also, you don't have an outbreak of HPV, you have outbreaks of the herpes virus. You can get genital warts from HPV but it is not considered an outbreak. People can have HPV for years and never show any signs or symptoms. I have had HPV for about 5 years now. After a year of having it I developed cervical cancer and about 6 months ago I got genital warts. So it can take months, if not years to develop any symptoms. HPV is a virus, it will stay with you the rest of your life. The only thing you can do is treat the symptoms, but you will always have the virus.
Men usually show no symptoms of having the STD and spread it very easily to women. There is no test currently for men to detect the virus, usually men find out they have it is by developing genital warts, hand or feet warts. So for him to try and sue you for it is not going to work. There is no way for him to prove you gave it to him or a women from a previous relationship he was in.

From what I have read, some women get rid of the virus naturally. If you have not cheated on your husband then yes he could have given it to you, and he can't sue you over it because proving something like that is too much of a challange. Most people who have HPV don't have symptoms and unless a test comes up abnormal they don't even know they have it.

If he knew you had it then he cannot sue. most people show no signs of warts. a man can have the virus but have no signs. the only way a man can be tested is if he has an outbreak. I had high risk HPV which doesn't cause warts but causes cervical cancer. Sometimes HPV will just show up for no reason. Stress may cause the viruse to be more noticable.

Yes, it's possible he gave it to you. I've seen estimates as high as 80% of adults who have had two or more partners have some strain of HPV. It's very, very common. Only certain strains are linked to cervical cancer. Recent cervical changes could be a re-infection or could be a previous infection triggered by something impairing your immune system (if you're going through a divorce, likely stress).
No, your husband cannot sue you (how retarded, glad you're leaving him!) Even if they tested him for it, which they probably wouldn't, they couldn't trace it to you if he's had even one other partner. Tell him good luck and piss off!

I got identified with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years back, while I was still attending college and had a mindless one-night stand. I understand loads of girls will declare this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/0Ddtj everything got better.
Not only was I able to remove all remnants of the herpes virus from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This program provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the World.
